Should Dr. Abdul Kalam continue for the second term as President? Or, should he be visiting schools, interacting with students? May be rejoin ISRO? What do you think?

He should be given another term of Presidentship. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam is a great scientist of India. He made India self-sufficient in defence field. He was also scientific advisor to the Government of India. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was born on 15th October 1931 in the district of Rameshwaram in Tamil Nadu. His father had to rent boats to fisherman to pay his school fees. Years later, he went to study aeronautical engineering at the Madras Institute of Technology. He is a bachelor but wedded to science. He recites the Kuran and Bhagvad Gita daily with equal ease. He went abroad for a brief period to join National Aeronautical and Space Administration. Then coming back to India he joined the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in 1958. He became the director in DRDO and headed the country's missile development programme. Under his supervision, the successful launching of Aakash, Agni, Trishul, Nag and Prithvi missiles took place. Dr. Kalam is the scientist to get Bharat Rama' in 1997 after Dr. C.V Raman and Dr. Homi Jahangir Bhabha. He has also been awarded "Padma Bhushan" in 1981 and "Padma Vibhushan' in 1990. Dr. Kalam is the father of missile technology in India. Truly his colleagues describe him as "200 per cent Indian and patriot". He is well famous as "Missile-Man". He has been elected President of India in the year 2002. His slogan is "Do thing yourself. Do not indulge in short-cuts by importing equipment". He has embedded spiritualism if science. According to him science and spirituality are the two sides of one coin. He has nothing of his own, except science in India.

As a president he has been proved to a good one.Even when he was president he continued to visit scools, meet with his deares children. In India the president is not supposed to involve in serious matter. So even if he becomes president for another term he can continue doing that. And he was a very has a potential to be a good president.Nobody has doubt in that.So why not continue him as president for another term?

I think Dr. Abdul Kalam is nice President with good values. He being stoped by some people to do nice work as happen in India. After many years I feel that one nice president came to such post and with good knowlage, otherwise in india we found many president who even dont know what is the power of president and even rules of president. They are just popet.I know that his knowlage should use in right direction like ISRO and other important mission but if current party give him freedom he can do much better. So we should give him time to do more good work, rather visiting just school and collage.
