I've learned to never judge people the first day you meet them.
You never know if the person is pretending to be a good person, thats why it takes months or years to really know a person.

I try not to judge people. Sometimes it happens and we don't realize we're doing it, but I do try really hard not to because it's like you said about thinking certain people are good and they're not. You can also look at someone and think they're bad, but turns out they may be one of the nicest people you've ever met. Now, I have called someone, "mean and evil" before, but they have to display that behavior because truthfully, if they've displayed it it doesn't classify it as a judgement, but a fact based on individual perception.
To my knowledge, I don't get judged by people too much, but if I do it is usually by someone who feels they do no wrong and are all about themselves. People who are all about themselves feel they can judge because they feel they are perfect. I just left a boss who was like that.

I try to NOT judge people
I sometimes question people's decisions.
Maybe they assume the world is something, then they act accordingly, and keeps them in that sort of world.
Sometimes maybe pretend its different, how you would want it to be, then maybe its possible.
