FRIED, ROAST. What part of a CHICKEN is your favorite part?

I like the whole chicken alive and well running around my yard, scratching at the ground and eating bugs. Then in the morning I can do in the chicken coop and get myself fresh eggs for French Toast. That is my kind of chicken.

Wings are my favorite part, I like them very hot too.

I prefer the white meat. Roasted, fried, in casseroles, whatever, I like the white meat. I think it is more tender and health wise it is better for you. I use chicken alot in our meals here. We raised chickens for awhile and that was really cool. Having fresh eggs was great.

I like roast chicken because you can put many spices there, from herby flavour to chili garlicky, yummy yummy. I aslo like chicken karage, thigh fillet marinated with japanese spices and deeepppp friiieeddd ooohhh yummy.

I used to like the wings, the middle portion and the last portion. When I heard the wings are the fattest part of the chicken, I stopped eating. Now I go for the thigh. Didn't realise the flesh is so tender and smooth. Slurf! Yummy!

I love to eat a nice thick juicy steak, but tend to cook chicken more often. Chicken is less expensive and I have many quick chicken recipes that I love to make and enjoy eating. I just cant even stand the look of it. I have only eaten it once when I was little. I would definitely chose chicken.
