do you take vitamins?

do you take vitamins? does it really works? does it really gives you full of energy? how many times do you take your vitamins? i have experience that i took vitamins and it makes me more sleepy than making me active for a day. i think vitamins dont work for me or i need a new brand of vitamins that really fits my body.

Yah, i take vitamins everyday.. I only have one vitamin, that is ascorbic acid vitamin C..It's really boosts my immune system to fight some illness. Before, i dont take vitamins, i catch colds, flu and fever easily. But now that i daily take my vitamins, i works for me. Specially, the weather now is changing, we can easily catch illness, but me, bacteria and viruses will run away..lol That's true..begin to take vitamin C right no..

Yes I do take a multivitamins everyday as I wanted to stay healthy especially now that I've heard lots of scary stories that call center agents who work night shifts are very prone to diseases. I hope I can be spared from that one. and feels like somehow my vitamins help me get the necessary nutrients I might not be getting from the food I eat everyday.

yes i take vitams because i do a lot of excersice so i need to complement my food with a multivitamins

That sounds strange, I never knew that vitamines can make someone sleepy, for me and as far as i know for most people ; you don't really feel any diffrence if you are taking them or not, they are just supposed to prevent some illnesses and improve the over-all health, unless someone is very ill you can't really feel any diffrence when you take them.

Yes, I do! I take centrum as a vitamin supplement and it actually helps me avoid the agonizing PMS. When I was in college I took Enervon C and I noticed that it also helps eliminate my ugly pimples. I take vitamins at night just before going to bed. Why? Because if I took it in the morning it makes me groggy the whole day. So the effect of vitamins on me is initially to make me sleep and then gets me energize the next day.
