unbelieveable !!!! sanjaya made it through again!!!

I don't see why he's still there either. He can't sing very well. Brandon at least can sing. What I don't ger is there negativity to Haley. She's pretty good and I'm glad Simon finally was nice towards her.Sanjaya will certainly go next, hopefully.

Well, given that it is the American public that is voting, I would guess that having dirty pictures of the judges wouldn't really do him any good. Having said that, I think he must be being kept in by the voters who are younger than him. When you were 15 and younger don't you remember how old you thought 20 was. The kids probably think that all of the "older" ones don't have much of a career left, anyway, so why bother voting for them. Either that or they are just completely and utterly tone deaf. The kid cannot sing.

See this is why I do not watch "American Idol" anymore, it is a disgrace to the music industry.

I think he is decent if he could project more but I think he is way too held back when he sings. I am sure that all the little girls out there love him because of his age and smile and just innocent charm. I think that is the only reason that he really is still around.

Well, Sanjaya has consistently proved his skills and I am sure he would definitely sail through.

i wasnt shocked. i am so mad though. sanjaya has no business being there. America is going to keep him for awhile i am afraid. it was the same with kevin covias. he lasted way longer than he should have. i found out about this new website where they are promoting voting for the worst contestant to stay on the show. i am so appalled with it. the kid is embarrasing himself on national television in front of millions. he will look back at the tapes and think damn i was horrible...at least i hope he will. i cant believe when they asked him should he be back another week he said yes. come on, he cant sing, cant dance, and has zero charisma. this is not an american idol

I am not surprised that he is still on the show based on what has happened the previous weeks. Obviously the people are using the speed dialing, which they need to ban that idea. I kind of figured Brandon had a shot at leaving because he messed up the lyrics the night before but I still think Sanjaya is the worst singer there. The judges should decide who stays and who goes. Now we have to listen to Sanjaya one more week at least.

I was surprised, but not shocked that Sanjaya made it through once again. Every week he seems to just squeak by. I certainly don't think it's because he is worthy of being there; he's not even in the same league as the other singers for pete's sake. I think he has made it through again because people feel sorry for him. He's a sweet kid and people are taking pity on him. They are also trying to spite Simon for being so rude to the 17 year old kid. He's not going to win so let's let the kid have his fifteen minutes.

You sound as disgusted as I am. I'd like to see the cell bills of all the littel teeny boppers that are texting 199 times each. It is simply inexplicable. He has no talent. For the rest I was okay with the decisions. This season is just wild!

I hate that he is still there. The radio stations here cannot stand him either. I think its all the little 13 and 14 year olds that keep putting him through and thats why I feel there should be some kind of age limit on who can call into American Idol and vote!

He should've been out last week. Sundance was taken out instead of him. The people somewhat mistook "voting" as "voting for the one they want to leave" and "voting for the one they want to keep."

Dont be. He is in the bottom 2 right? Problem is Brandon messed up and dont have the charisma to attract vote. Also people tend to compare him to Melinda since both are back-up singers. So Sanjaya is in trouble if he dont do better next week.

Don't even get me started on Sanjaya. I don't know what's going on but he is still around. Unbeleiveable is right. They say Lakisha and Melinda are the one's to watch but I tell ya, the real threat is Sanjaya. And that is a scary thought.

Well, I guess he must have a Fan Club that likes him. Maybe all the young girls or something? And maybe there were some that were dialing in and also voting online at the same time to make sure he stayed in? Who really knows. But Brandon I feel was not the correct choice to leave this week. I do not Care for Haley, and the only Good thing about Sanjaya is he is from Seattle, and so am I. I actually feel Sorry for him when he does get Voted off as people will be flocking to see him to either BOO him or applaud him. It will be Crazy for sure. Well, on to next week, and see if he lasts or not.

I heard this morning on TV that Howard Stern on his show asked all his listeners to vote for Sanjaya and he has a very large listening audience.

It's a shame when this happens in the show, but it happens every year, one wonders if it gets the ratings up. Hopefully no more blunders happen in this show. I wonder if they consider him for the last chance where they put in someone who has been put out early. Unfortunately for that person, the rest have progressed a lot and it must make it hard to catch up. Ah well I must watch tonights show and see what happens.

In my opinion the last three that were voted out over him should never have been and it is getting so you dont even want to watch it makes ya sick. It really got me when Sundance Head left and not Sanjaya. He should have left instead of his sister he cant carry a tune in a bucket not even a large bucket.

OMG...I feel the same way, I dont have a clue why he is still on the show. He must have something like you said. I love AI but this is silly. Its not a hair contest, its singing, so America...get him out of there!

Really the only reason I want him voted off is because I can't stand it when they say his name. I don't know why (it isn't that bad of a name) but whenever Simon or Seacrest say his name it gives me the willies...plus he needs a haircut...just trim it a little. I thought the performance of Jordin singin "If We Hold On" (I think) was spectacular.
