how can u gain weight?

well i want to get meat on my body.. how can i able to do it.. except eating.. i eat alots...

you may want to see a doctor, eating and not gainning weight might be a sign of some illnesses that can be easily cured.. if you have nothing wrong you should try mild sprts to increase meatbolism and help you gain weight.

That's a very nice problem on your part. Did I heard it right, you wanted to gain weight...and here I am trying to avoid all the goodies just to loose some weight, I hope there's a way people can just transfer the bulge from the person who needs it from the one who doesn't want it hehehehe. I think just eat right and eat at the right time, don't skip meals and you'll stay healthy.

weight gain is something that isn't that easy also and i think u know this already. the key to weight gain is to do everything BIG.Eat big, lift big and get big. say that over and over in uour head until u get it fully or understand it fully.a lot of people think weightlifting is a key to weight gain but thats not that true.do some simple things like count how many calories u eat in a normal day.dont change anything , just eat like u normally would and count how many calories u consumed.this is an extremely important step, so try to be as exact as possible.also weigh yourself.
starting the day after you couted the calories , eat 500 cal. more than u normally do.instead of eating 3 big meals a day oreating all day all the time spread those cal.out over 5-6 smaller meals.eat one meal every 2 and half or 3 hours.to get big u have to eat big, remember that.
weightlifting also to some extent is good so make sure u r doing it in a correct manner.
at the end , weigh yourself.you'll notice that u r gaining just after 1 week.gaining more than 1 or 2 pounds a week is unhealthy and means that u r putting on fat.
at one point you'll stop seeing weight gain.at this point you will have to start eating even more.so, when u stop gaining for atleat 2 weeks , it means it is time to start eating an extra 250 cal. a day.every time when u see u havent gained weight fr atleast 2 weeks start with 250 plus cal. in ur diet.
always stay away from bad fat.even though weight gain is your hoal, you should not start on eating junk.without proper eating , i mean without a balance diet for either loose or gain your weight you can neither loose nor gain.
