When we let go, it hurts us to see him with someone else. When we hold on, it hurts us to see him hoping to be with someone else.

Of course it's better to let go.. holding on is selfesh if we know that someone doesn't wan't to be with us then we should just let go, holding on will never make any of us happy, after letting go you also get your chances in being with someone else..

It does no good to hold on to a love that is not being returned. It is a waste of time and effort. Why would anyone even want to be involved in a relationship like that? Say goodbye as soon as you can and find someone who truly loves you.

absolutely true, love should be a two way street,if you give love you,we must receive love in return.it is so tiring to love someone who has feelings for others,we should stop being a martyr.it is not healthy.

If I know that he really wants to be with someone else and not me I would let go no matter how much it would break my Heart. I would never make him miserable by making him stay with me when he loves someone else and not me.

I believe you should let go a person, who does not want to remain with you either temporarily or permanently. To allow someone to go shows that you are not selfish. You respecteded his sentiments, you allowed him to go when he wanted. If there is any depth and intimatcy in your relationship, that fellow will definately think about you when he would be in peace, in his silence. Your deeds, your moments, your favours will surely haunt him, whenever he would think about you. I think you should NOT tie a person, who wants to go. Donot hold him on. It will be like keeping a bird in a cage, keeping him like a prisoner. And an unwilling friend, lover, beloved or person will not be able to do justice to relationship. Let him go, do not hold him. I believe that -"time a great healer", and graudally when you get yourself immersed in other wordly affairs, you would forget him. Do not lose your heart.

I think letting go is better. Because the pain in seeing him or her with someone else is better than the pain caused when he or she is with us and wants to be with someone else.

it is really dificult to be in a relationship that is not working.it should be two hearts, one beat.when the other beats for another,we must set it free.
