Do you use mobile telephone very often?

Nowadays mobile telephone is becoming more and more popular. It enables us to keep in touch with others more conveniently and quickly. But sometimes it can become a nuisance when it rings in a quiet place. Besides it is said that using mobile telephone may bring harm to our health especially to our brains. Do you use mobile telephone very often? What do you think of the positive and negative sides of it?

not very often but i use only when it is necessary. but i did meet some people who are really addicted to it thats really irritating with that idiotic gadget they even forget paying any attention to their surroundings

A day never passess to me without my mobile.Its like a friend and companion to me.Its much helpful for me to contact my parents & friends when iam away.But as you said its sometimes a big nuisance to me really in times of busy schedule in my work place..when someone calling for telemarketing.sometimes i just switch it off till i complete my work and then switch on and verify the missed calls and messages.

yeah,its useful but not when u need a little privacy.i hate it when it rings loud
