yaar i dont know why iam so much confused nower days . nothin makes me happy, i dont even smile when i talk 2 my bro or my frens even i dont like to b wid my gf , nothing seems to b wrong but every thing is goin wrong . what should i do !!!!!!!!

Examine first what makes you so confused and sad, start from there. When you already know the root cause then it's very easy for you to find some solutions. For me, when I feel so confused I go to a quiet place and think about everything and it helps. Don't ignore the people who are around you coz you'll never know when the time comes that you'll need them and they are not there anymore. Gather some strength on them. Stay happy!! Life is too short, enjoy every moment!! :)

If nothing major is wrong to cause the negative feelings, I'm going to suggest starting your day with a (forced, if you must) smile on your face. You'd be suprised how your mood improves just by smiling for a while. Then start enjoying simple things and remember that the attitude you approach people or situations with, will be reflected back to you. List your blessings- your health, abilities, your body, a bed, food on the table, a roof over your head, friends, relatives, peace in your life, etc and re-read them everyday to see how blessed and thankful you should be. Not everyone has what you have. Count all those blessings and treasure them.
Smile and the world will smile with you.

Maybe you are depressed like me. Do you have unresolved matters in your life? Do you have problems to take care of? Maybe that's the reason you feel that way, you can't act positive towards other people because you have negative things going about you. Do a self-analysis so you know what's bothering or confusing you.

hey, i can see that you are in quite bad mood. try to find out the reason for that. listen to some peaceful music and meditate what makes you feel bad. or read some psychological books may help you to solve your problems.
