my earnings are not enough to sell to pinoyexchange.net? im confused..

hope you guys could enlighten or help me out. My lot has transferred my earnings to e-gold and i went to the e-gold site to transfer it to pinoyexchange to get my earnings. But, it said that the amount that im transferring is not enough to be transferred??? i thought the minimum amount was only 10$? what should i do?is there a step i did wrong?
