Yes, yes, yes!
I have one (Zap) who follows me (prancing!) into the bedroom when I go to bed. He insists on a complete scratching and massage before he'll curl up in the fold of my hip. But he's sneaky - he gets up for water, waits for my Hubby, and demands lovin' from him too!
Sometimes I wake up and I'm mummied in my bed, a cat on my feet, a cat at my hip, and a cat against my back. It's not bad unless you need to get up to go to the bathroom! Otherwise, it's sooo warm! No need for an extra blanket.
And no, cats do not smother adults. Sometimes you wake up with a faceful of fur, but it's tolerable.
Just change your sheets often! The fur does build up.

I know just what you mean about them being sneaky! My husband works overnights and they meet him at the door for their morning treats and then sneak right back into bed into the exact same spot they were in when I went to sleep! They do keep you warm!

I have four cats and two of them sleep with me every night. One sleeps on my pillow and the other sleeps anywhere she can fit herself. I have to admit, sometimes I do wake up with my babies big fluffy tail tickling my nose but I consider it a small price to pay for the comfort and unconditional love that they give.

No, we do not. Tara will if we let her. She spends her nights in her crate. Kai usually sleeps near her crate to keep her company. Otherwise she will cry all night. During the day, she may sneak into our bedroom. Kai will sleep on the floor near the window and Tara will be on the bed if I let her.

Of course I let my cats sleep on my bed! And right now, my Columbus is slumbering peacefully on a blanket-covered pillow on my bed. That pillow used to be the same one that my Waffles slept on, except that Columbus took it over about three weeks ago.
And both cats sleep on my bed with me at night.

My pets have always slept where they want. I do not believe in crating dogs, never have. One dog sleeps with my son,the other sleeps with me.My dogs are not smelly. If the are, they get a bath.
I also have 2 cats, they come and go and take turns.
I have been single for quite a few years so noone is complaining.(except when my son is at his dad's,then I have 2 dogs and one is a bed hog.LOL.It's like they are competing to who can take up more space.I need a king size bed,if it would fit in my tiny room,LOL!))

We have 2 dogs that sleep in our bedroom (so we know if they have to go outside!). They aren't supposed to sleep on the bed, but usually at least one of them will climb up and curl up. It's annoying because they don't want to move out of the way, and we end up getting dog hair all over the comforter. But they are comfy to cuddle up with.

I don't have a pet, but I can't imagine having a big smelly dog in bed with me...Nope...No way.
I would be afraid to have a little cat in the bed and would be worried about smothering it.
And don't animals move around a lot?
Would they not wake you up? And what if it only wants to sleep a few hours and then decides you should get up and play at 3 in the morning?
No not me.....No pets in bed!!!

No I can't stand animals in the bed. I have a cat and a dog and they are firmly shut out of the bedroom! That's my room!!
