I've seen an article on the newspapers that Aligators are something people eat and wondering any one on this forum, who has tasted Aligator any type of dish either Boiled, Fry or gravy. If you where to eat it what is your feeling. Anyone ready to try it out if you get a chance?

I've tried the fried alligator tail in Cajun restaurants.
It's kind of chewy a bit like fried frogs legs with a similar to chicken taste. Usually they add sppices to the batter to give it a more spicy taste.
Cajun is the cooking style that evolved in Loisianna from the mixed Indian and French settlers and is still popular today in the southern US.
