What is Your favorite Italian dish?

Honestly, Spaghetti and Meatballs. I make my meatballs with 1 lb ground turkey 1 eggs some bread crumbs and crushed garlic and a little milk. I then fry them until darkened and then bake for a final 20 minutes covered in my sauce

Pizzas and pastas, yumyum! Can't live without them. (",)

I love lots of italian food. My favorite is Lasagna but we don't make it that much b/c it is so time consuming. I put in sausage, onions, green peppers, black olives, mushrooms, italian seasoning, and chunks of italian sausage, then of course spagetti sauce, noodles, cheese and I use cottage cheese in place of ricotta cheese(mainly b/c it is cheaper). It is so good!!!! I always get rave reviews whenever I make it.

My all-time favorite dish is called "gnocchi di ricotta e spinaci". It is made with ricotta cheese and spinach mixed with a small egg to let these two ingredients stick together and (LOTS OF) parmesan cheese. I tried making it once and it came out pretty good. I am still way far from how my mom cooks it!!!

I prefer pizza and spaghetti!! But already Italian dish are goodly!!
