I had to share this. My Mother was telling me about a girl she works with loosing her cell phone down the toilet. She said the lady had it in her pocket and when she went to flush it fell in. My Mother said she herd this terrible scream and went to check on her and she had her arm in the toilet trying to get her phone. My Mom could only laugh. They even took the toilet apart, but it was gone. She was so upset because all of her work contacts were on that phone. How would you handle it if something happened to your phone?

lol! I don't have a cell phone so I would say it's not important for me. But I suppose if I did get a cell phone, I would be upset if I lost it. Especially if I had work contacts in it. But then again, if it's something important (like work contacts) just write them down somewhere just in case.

I'm like you, I can't believe she didn't have them wrote down somewhere.

It's very sad, but I feel lost without my cell phone. Yesterday I was out running some errands, and I left it at home. I was only gone for about 2 hours, but I was paranoid about not having it the entire time I was gone. I also have all of my friends' and family members' phone numbers in my phone and don't have them written down anywhere else. Maybe hearing this story will motivate me to keep these numbers written down somewhere at home.

Oh my god what a fiasco! I wouldn't care at all, I only finally broke down last December and bought one just so I could send it ut with my kid when I need to get ahold of him.

I lost a phone and the feeling wasn't really good. It was stolen. All my contacts from way back when disappeared with it. It felt like I was in limbo for a while. Three years after, I still haven't recovered all the contacts I lost.
