A smile, small talk.. maybe doing something nice for that person. Trying to be around them more often. Making yourself appear in places that they are and you wouldn't normally be. Those are my ideas.

Usually eye contact is the best way when you're alone with him. I always know a woman is interested if she maintains eye contact and smiles.
