Do you have problems with your babies doctor? I do, everytime I am there for his checkups, the doctor is always trying to rush me out the door. I am a mother, I will always have loads of questions for the doctor, how can I let him know I dont appreciate how he is being?

I use to have that problem and one day I told her I had some question and needed a little more time. She understood becouse she is a mother two and has always set aside extra time for me now.

Sometimes it is very hard to find a new dr so you could book a double appointment or write out a list of relevant questions and take them out at the beginning of the appointment and let the dr know these are the things you wish to discuss while you are there. Hope it helps!

You should change your doctor, every mother should be comfortable with the doctors of their child.
My kid's doctor is very friendly she would often ask our baby how he's doing, his favorite foods, toys, in short she loves chatting with us and the kids. She's not like the common doctors that looks at the kid, listen to their heartbeat and say "ok your baby needs this vaccine".
The only problem we have on her is that she's always late her clinic hours start at 9am and she often arrives at 10am.

i agree with the previous poster. get a new doctor. your child is an important little person and shouldn't be hurried and as the parent it is your responsibility to give that child the best care...your pedi. isn't doing that at all. i'd tell him right to his face that he is being unprofessional in rushing you along and search for someone else. i have a wonderful dr. and my son will go to him until he retires or my son is 18, whichever comes first.

you should better find a new pediatrician. you can't tolerate doctors like that. your baby's well-being is very important. you can't always speculate things happening with your baby. that's why pediatricians are there to help us, mommys. there are lots of good doctors, far better than what you have now...
