i like to sleeep nude in my room,bcos it gives more comfort and relaxation,and also helps us make our selves cool, in our country summer season will burn the head,night time also it will be more hot, and dresses will make rashes in our body, so like to sleep nude atleast in the night time

One more usefulness is, it eases the blood circulation. Body cells will get, even oxygen supply.

I like sleeping naked to,like you said it makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.
But i dont do it that often anymore,because i got an aircondition and i's to cold for me to sleep naked.

Sometimes I do. Mainly so my body can breath and I don't get jock rash.
