Which side of the bed you usually sleep? I have a queen size bed and no one sleeps besides me not unless a friend comes over or cousin that's the time but most of the time, so basically there's no right side and left side for me. LOL!!. I remember someone telling me if your having a hard time getting some sleep, change your sleeping position and try facing east. Does it have any scientific explanation about this or it is all about Feng Shui?

I have a king size bed and I sleep on the right side and my husband has the left side. I like the right side because it is next to the alarm clock. I am not sure about sleeping better if you are facing a certain position. I have never heard that one.

For you there's a certain reason you chose bein on the right side of the bed, others claim were because they're right handed.
Maybe because of the culture. We Filipinos were some how influenced by the chinese, their traditions, beliefs. I remember my professor telling me that they were advised to change the position of their bed for fertility reasons.Maybe its just beliefs but after they did what they were told, my professor got pregnant afterwards.
Just mere beliefs that somehow came true? I really dont know. I am still seeking for scientific reasons behind this certain phenomenon.

I have a single size bed in my bed room and i find it very comfortable for me.
I am not married yet that's why its ok for me to have a single size bed.
Its only mine and i can do whatever position i want in my sleeping routines..
I don't have any idea about feng Shui coz i am not a Chinese and i don't believe on that things sorry.
But i have nothing against about it, i do respect their beliefs.
I just really don't rely on that kind of things.
Have a nice day ahead.

Single bed? You're the first bachelor I've heard saying he enjoys having a single bed. I have an older brother and he's not married too. Imagine this he has this queen size bed in his room, despite that its already a queen size in the morning all of his pillow are on the floor. Imagine what more if he is just using a single bed?

I guess well you say you're a right handed person right? So you tend to sleep on the right side of the bed.I guess it must be it. Just a conclusion though. A friend of mine told me before if you're having a difficulty sleeping, try facing the east. I just dont know for what reason but it works on me though. I always find myself in the morning facing the east with drool stains on my pillow. LOL!

I often sleep on the right side of the bed near the wall. I'm not sure about the facing east thing but I always fall asleep after a few minutes of lying in bed.

Oh ok. It's always nice to sleep near the wall its the feeling of security that you have that no matter how often you'll turn around or move around your bed, you wont fall. The dillema on that part is I often hit my head against it. LOL!!

Hahahahaha... I suggest you have your own bed or rather have your partner tied you up.
