If you haven't read and write your disk for many times you can get it back by using FinalData this software.

Yes you can do it but foe it you have to use some software like your antivirus itself or something elase like tune up utilities. You can also try system restore.

probably there is way... like unerase or some other applications. but not all files you've deleted can be retreived...like files youve deleted thru network. or those files you've deleted before you've run defrag. those files cant be recall.
