How do you fix a lazy man

My boyfriend and I have been fighting alot latly beacause he never does anything. We have been together for 8 years now and he never does anything except for what he wants and I suppose its my fault in a way because I never ask him to do anything and just let him do what he wants, but now I am so tired of doing everything. When somethings broken around the house I fix it. He is unemployed and I work full time in a factory. Which its not the no job that gets me its that he does absolutly nothing around the house. We have a 5 year old and a 7 month old so theres alot of dishes, laundry and mess. I work thirds so every morning I come home to disgusting mess clean it go to bed and wake up to another. He says its a womans job but I say he doesnt have a job so hes like the house wife right. Well I guess what im asking is since I let him be like this for so long how can I get him to undersatnd that this is no longer ok and that I would like some help without him getting too upset about it

I think you need to sit down and talk to him about all your problems. Explain to him how it makes you feel when you have to do all the work and tell him what you would like him to do for you.
If you do this in a calm way and don't be too critical then he should listen to you.
