Does anyone in the UK want cheaper internet and phonecalls

How much do you pay a month for your interne and house phone. I work for a new company now and they are selling line rental for only 7.99 a month with unlimited calls to uk landlines at anytime, they are also selling 8mb broadband package with the unlimited calls for only 19.99 a month. that is cheaper than anyone else in the uk,

Do you have to have a BT line to qualify as I don't.
I pay £29 a month for line rental, broadband and free local calls at the weekends. So that is a pretty good deal I think.
