Ok friends, here is a question for you. I am in a wedding (my best friends) in 6 months. I desparatley need to loose some weight as I know right now I will not be comfortable in the dress. Not to mention I just need to loose some pounds and this will be motivation for me :) Hopefully! Just wondering if anyone out there has any tips or suggestions or stories for loosing a good chunk of weight within 6 months. (About 25-35 pounds) Thanks in advance.

A little FYI, its lose not loose! And as for losing pounds, exercise definitely and limit yourself to what you eat. Watch your portion size! When you make dinner, grab a small side plate rather than a large dinner plate. Or if you don't have small plate than use a large dinner plate and don't have anything touching. Eat a lot of vegetables and drink a lot of water. I've heard that drinking a glass of water before each meal makes you eat a little less! I would say exercise at least 4-5 times a week. Even if its only for a 1/2 an hour, it will do wonders! Good luck!

I thk u must go for yoga. In 6 months u can loose if u do it regularly, but for this u'll have to take proper guidance from a teacher.

My advice would be to get a pedometer and measure how mcuh you walk. Give yourself a target for a certain number of steps and increase it by 500 a day so you get lots of god exercise. Also it would be good to give up saturated fats (such as meat, dairy and fried foods) and sugar too. If you do this then you shouldn't have any trouble losing a couple of stone.
