What instant messaging application do you use more and why?
I use skype for voice calls and yahoo! messenger for chat. I also use MSN messenger when I feel like it. :)
how about you? (I'm asking this question in hopes I'll discover some interesting new app LOL :) )

I'd use Yahoo Messenger so that I can hold a conference between my friends online. That way, it's like chatting in the same room at the same time, which is fun. I also use GAIM, which allows me to check my emails faster because I can log into multiple accounts and check if I receive new emails.

I used to have all downloaded, but I don't know why. All of my friends only have America Online Instant Messanger (AIM)
So I only use AIM. Nobody has anything else, and there's always like 4 of my friends online, and usually there's more.
I have recently downloaded MySpace IM and it's really cool. It works like all the other Instant Messaging applications except it's connected to ur MySpace, so when you get a comment, friend request, message etc. it will alert you. Right now none of my friends have it but I will try to convert my friends from AIM to MySpace IM, just like I converted them from Xanga to MySpace.
