What Most Relaxes You?

Having a nap usally relaxes me lol, with some quite dance music in the background, while reading a zoo mazgazine and eating ferro rochas, Ahhhhhhh ;)

It's hard to relax these days. I just like sitting around watching tv with the kids. I just lye on the couch after everything is done and out of the way of course and just watch cartoons with them.(I'm not really watching though i just lye there relaxing though.)

I find a long hot bath with a trashy romance novel usually relaxes me quite nicely. I've just had a bath and I am ready to go to bed.
