I've noticed that I've been forgetful since I gave birth. Some says that its probably the effect of anesthesia. Do you know any medications or brain exercices to improve my memory? Thanks in advance.

It's not the effects of the anesthesia. When you are pregnant your normal amounts of brain fluid, or any fluid, is being used up by the baby so you are producing less of the necessary chemicals. It takes a long time for your hormones to go back to normal. Puzzles, like Sudoku and other games involving numbers are great for memory. Also, learning another language is great too. Herbs like Ginseng are good too.
