Music is a very powerful expression of the spirit. It may also be a reflection of the expressions we really cannot see, touch... With all the music in the world playing today. Is there a song or music (insrumental) for that matter that has inspired you in some way? Or made a huge difference in your life?

The song "Amber" by 311 really has really helped me calm down in life. I've had a hard time with relaxing and calming down. This song has really helped me calm down during stressful times during work.
