BIRTHDAY, the day which we wont forget in our life. We forget many things but not this. I was just thinking about few things that could happen on your birthday.
Just consider that it is your birthday today. None of your family members remember it. Only your gf/bf remembers. You get up early in the morning thinking that your family members will surprise you with some gift but you stay without being wished the whole day. You return back home in the evening expecting that your family members will wish you or would have arranged a party, but then you find nothing special. Your birthday just passes by without being wished by your family members. The one who wished you is only your gf/bf.
How will you feel? Have you forgot any of your family members birthday?

I can only imagine my frineds not wishing me a happy birthday. It is customary in my family to send birthday cards to birthday recipients! My birthday is rarely missed by family members. It might be an aunt or uncle who forgets, but for the most part my birthday is remembered as my birthday is close to Christmas. So wehn I recevie Christmas cards, there is usually a birthday card included!
If I went my whole birthday without being wished, I would complain the following day, and would probably go as far as to give the guilt complex to everyone! :-)

I always feel awfull. Birthday should be special. I share mine with my oldest sister. I was born on her 18th birthday.

Never, I'll never forget the special days of my loved ones. That experience is too bad. Maybe they're too busy and occupied they didn't remember. That's not an excuse, even if we're busy we don't forget these dates. Maybe they have a problem with you that you're not aware of so try talking to them about it. Anyway, happy birthday to you!

First, Happy Birthday! It is sad when family and friends don't remember a day that is so special for you. I am very lucky to have my family. We exchange phone calls or see each other on our birthdays. Or even a card. Again, I am lucky. Happy Birthday from your friends at MyLot!

Yeah, that pretty much happened to me on my birthday. I had to tell people it was my birthday to even get a happy birthday. Its sad when people you love don't remember your birthday. it supposed to be a special day for you. Happy Birthday by the way.

That's too unfair for me because I always remember the birthdays of my loved ones. Well, I wouldn't let the day passed without reminding my family that that day is my birthday. I know that they could really be caught up with their own businesses that's why they forgot about it. It hasn't happened to me yet and I wouldn't what that to happen in my future birthdays.

You seem to have become very popular today, which is only right on your birthday. It may have taken a while for people to repond because they were not aware of the ocassion, although you have had over 100 rsponses so far.

Well I don't follow birthdays really. I have a friend who was born on the same day as I am, so it became a custom to phone each other and wish a happy birthday. Birthdays were fun when I was younger. Having said that I wish a happy birthday to you and remember to take a wish when you blow out that candle :)
