Oral health tips you should follow:
1) GARGLE VIGOROUSLY with water to dislodge and flush out any bits of food.
2) FLOSS to remove particles caught in between your teeth.
3) BRUSH TEETH GENTLY for two to three minutes.
4) FLOSS AGAIN to catch any leftover toothpaste.
Can't get to the task soon enough? Try this quick fix: Gargle vigorously and chew sugar-free gum. This stimulates saliva secretion, which is nature's way of cleaning out the mouth.

baking soda is a good whitening but it makes your teeth brittle. Dont use it daily..thanks!

I only brush my teeth once a day. But you didn't say if you did?

Brush my teeth 3 times a day? No ways. I get away with just once a day. But I am planning on starting a twice a day thing. I try using a mouthwash but I usually do that for a couple weeks and then stop. But I guess it is very important to be taking good care of our oral hygiene to avoid teeth problems in the future.

I try to floss at least 3 times a week, but I brush and gargle at least 2 x's a day. I used to floss twice a day, but I just haven't been able to get back into the groove on that!

Not really, i brush my teeth only once in a day but i chew gums every now and then and sounf to keep my mouth clean and fresh. Mouth fresheners are the best alternatives to brushing the teeth again and again.

Actually I usually brush my teeth only twice a day, in the morning as I wake up and before getting to bed, maybe i should do more but life is fast that we can only take care of such things as we wake up and before going to bed :)
