I don't know why I am feeling this way, I waited for almost a month for the job and now that I am hired, 2 days and I want to resign. I don't know but sometimes I hate the atmosphere of the people in there. The job is multi-tasking and I don't know what to do, sometimes I don't know if they are thinking if I am stupid.

I know exactly what you mean and how you feel. I always felt like that in the workplace also. I wasn't lazy or anything and I would try to do my best to learn all of the jobs and tasks that were given to me, but no one helped me in training and they left me all on my own to figure it all out. Then when things didn't go right, they would come to me and ask me why this and that. I got tired of thinking that I am done and I got tired of being there with no direction or instruction. I don't mind multitasking as long as I know what I am doing!

Don't too impulsive. Think it over before you get out unless it's easy for you to get another job. Hold on and make some friends in your company or work place. You know what you are applying for so I guess you probably know ahead of time what kind of job you are going to do there. Learn to love your job, its the key towards happiness and contentment.

A good discussion to start as i was going through the same experience recently. Actually i was working as a faculty for computers in a training institute. Slowly that training insitute changed into a Solution provider for Hardware & Networking. As i was going with the same subject and also on my M.D recquest i stayed there as a Network Engineer (changing my field from faculty to engineer).
Now started problems for, I was supposed to visit all our company clients around the city. So did i start daily visiting about 5 to 6 companies and solving their network problems this resulted in travelling a lot and taking diet at abnormal times, and my job turned from 8 to 12 hrs daily. Oh god i suffered the hell in there. Finally i decided to leave the company because i hated the job. But my M.D opposed me by stating that iam under Bond period, I said the Bond period was for A faculty but not for a network engineer and told him iam ready to work for u as a faculty and atlast without taking experience letter and last months pay i got out.
By staying at the company i got many health problems and I was not even payed much for my hardwork.

I hve been in this situation recently hun and I would recommend you try to hold on a little longer. If you don't know how to do something, ask them, they cannot expect you to know everything immediately. It hasn't been very long and they need to get to know you and you need to know them. Give it a little more time and see how you feel later on.
