sangramsanand I really think Cell-phone should be banned inside the running classes, but later in the college campus we can use mobile,as it has become an important gadget that we need to carry all the time.

sangramsanand I sleep exactly 8hrs a day, as its a habit for me since childhood. But after sleeping for 8hrs, i really feel very fresh and exciting to start a new day, and i don't feel sleepy or dizzy for the entire day.
