Do you do regular exercise?

hi friends, I have a great interest of doing exercise daily and build good muscles.but some times the regularity break and i have to start from the scratch actually the problem is sometimes i feel lazy of what happens if donot do for 1 day or 2day and it continues for 1 week and then again I make up my mind and start again.
Did anyone experience the same problem. Please respond if so .........

I have the same problem sometimes. This week I decided to try something new. In two months, I plan to run in a 5k race. Right now, I cannot even run 1k. I found a program called "Couch to 5k" that helps you get in shape in just ten weeks or so. I made a poster for my wall with what I have to do each week and mark it off as I do it. I only have to run 3 days a week. That way, I won't get to tired and my muscles won't get injured from doing too much activity too soon.
Setting the goal of the 5k race has also helped me be motivated. I have already signed up and paid the entry fee, so if I don't practice running, I will have wasted that money. Maybe you should set a goal like that?

do we really get a good shape if we run 5K at least 3 days a week. If real please respond me ASAP

I started exersicing a few months ago and I get bored with it really easily!! So I try and do different things when I get bored, like exercise DVD's, going outside for a run or my elliptical machine. So I am not only doing one thing! By changing things up it is still fun! I find that when I do take a day off from exercising it is SOOO hard to start up again the next day...I just try and do a little bit like 10-15 minutes, then after I start I don't want to stop so soon.
