Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage hypertension, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

adlemi82 made a very good list of ways on how to lower blood pressure the natural way. The list will not only lower your BP but give you an over all good health. It is also beneficial even for those with normal blood pressure readings. If you feel the need to lower you BP even more then you may try herbal medicines. Garlic and olive oil are some of the safest choices. And there are numerous studies attesting their safety and effectiveness.

I think natural way of treatment is the best one... It is important to take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. The treatment goal is blood pressure below 140/90 and lower for people with other conditions, such as diabetes and kidney disease. Adopting healthy lifestyle habits is an effective first step in both preventing and controlling high blood pressure. If lifestyle changes alone are not effective in keeping your pressure controlled, it may be necessary to add blood pressure medication

hello vipsue! blood pressure? yes, no medicine can only lower the high blood pressure.it can solve problem temporarily.in addition, you are required to do some thing else. first understand why this high pressure.increased stress levels caused by economic prosperity and modern life style, including unhealthy eating and drinking habits contributed to high blood pressure which ultimately leads to heart problems.so first you change your food and drink habits.no drinks what so ever.take low calorie foods with restricted salt. chant a mantra or sound which you love and focus on the moment of chanting.this focuses the wondering mind on the chanting.thus, focusing on the right feelings you can alleviate worry and tension and you can lower the pressure. you can also take a clove of garlic daily in the morning with water in empty stomach.it can lower the cholesterol and may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure.
