How much age difference should there be in someone you are dating?

I find that, for girls, once they hit their twenties, there won't be much difference if they date some guy that has the age of 30 or 35. It's all about how they connect together and how good the spark together.

I really dont care about age difference,if i can be with an woman 15 year older than me i'll do it. I'm 21 and if i date an 30 year old woman and later get into a relationship with her,it wouldnt be a problem for me,as long e both love each other nothing can separate us. When we get older the age becomes less important to us.

your story is sooo funny.. but seriously, im a 20 year old lady and my partner is 25.. actually in my case, it varies, but i definitely, definitely wont date someone younger that me.. it will just trigger the goosebumps in my skin, i just cant take it, but for some or many, its just ok.. but older guys is a big turn-on for me.. i love talking to people who knows many things and can show me the ways in the world that only experienced people know.. but as for youm i think we dont have to argue with that because we think the same way on that aspect.. maybe next time you have to first interview the girls that youre going to date just to make sure that they are not or they have not dated someone WAY YOUNGER than they are, right??

General rule of thumb I follow is Half your age, plus 7. It seems to work, so an 18 year old shouldn't be with somebody older than 22, and a 40 year old shouldn't be with somebody under 27. This is just a rule of thumb, but it does seem to work. That having been said, if somebody makes you very happy, an exception can always be made.

why does it matter if there is an age difference? i am 24 and my partner is 40 and has 3 kids what is the differenc ebetween that and some young dolly bird who has had 15 lovers and 10 kids? i have always prefered an older woman and i think i always will but it does not bother me and what ever anyone who see's us thinks i couldn't give two hoots because i stopped thinking about what anyone else thinks a long time ago.
