Are you comfortable with your weight and appearance now? Are you healthy? If you answer yes to these questions then you don't have to worry about losing weight. Just watch what you eat and maintain your weight. But if you want to be leaner and healthier, go to the gym. It only takes self discipline.

Well, I'm very sorry that you're experiencing such a confusion but I guess you should consult a doctor or a nutritionist - personally. Yahoo health is a program whose basis are American individuals, what's normal for them might not be what's normal for you if you're not Caucasian.
I also dont think 130 lb for a 5'2" is obese, I guess you're overweight but NOT obese.

you know what if you feel that you already gain weight then its time for you discipline yourself. Its a matter of discipline. I myself easily gains weight, the good thing is that I am able to discipline my eating hobbit. What I usually do is a lessen the rice that i previously eating. You may also try it. It works for me. Discipline is all you need.

It is really up to you. Firstly, you better visit your physician to check on your weight and if he/she tells you that you're overweight, then ask for a good advice on what to do or if you should visit a dietist/nutritionist. Sometimes, being too skinny or thin is not good either. It also depends on your daily activities and just try to have more discipline to yourself if you really have to.

Well, I dont think 10 pds. would make a big differance at least not health wise. If you are happy, that is all that matters. Go to this site. You can put in your hight & weight & it will tell you what OTHER people think is the IDEAL weight for someone of your hight & age.

If you want to see what medically your wight should be you can check out this chart. It is the standard chart. But it depends on your frame. If you are small framed, medium or large.

Just scroll down to close to the bottom. The mens chart is listed first so make sure you are looking at the womans. But to me, it dont sound like you are big at all.

You should consult a third doctor definitely, but even if he says you're overweight, dont get too tense about it (alhtough getting worried is an automatic method of losing weight!). Don't be so conscious. A little overweight is still good health, but if you do want to lose pounds, I suggest you first resort to jogging or exercise. That's the natural and healthiest way of losing wieght, not dieting. Controlling your diet should only be in extreme case, in which case, the best way is to stop eating bread (wheat). That way you'll lose tons, even if you don't have any!

The best way to determine is by body fat composition. There are places that measure this with calipers, and there are scales you can get for home that send a small electrical pulse through you do determine resistance. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you have a lot of muscle, you are healthier. Do not really go on a diet, just look at things you eat, and choose healthy things for the most part. Fruit instead of dessert, lean meat, salad with low fat dressing.Enjoy your food, but take smaller portions.

you should make a visit to a doctor first before you do anything. let him tell you if you need to go diet or just to tone. it is sometimes dangerous to just jump on a diet plan with not consulting a doctor first. and by the way welcome to myLot

pleasee! please do not diet if it is running in your mind. it isn't going to ensure you losing weight. why not result to doing something more relaxing at the same time you get to lose weight? stuffs i do to keep myself fit are exercising, yoga and also the ancient chinese method called tai-chi. if you're a person who hardly have enough time, why not result to yoga? there are many websites on the net that teach you the basics of yoga and spending 15-20minutes a day of yoga would actually benefit you. concentration + exercise = healthy, my simple equation!
