cellphones and secrecy

if a guy won't show his girlfriend his phone, does this mean he's hiding something from her and possibly cheating on her? I need your help guys, your thoughts on this one please?

I am currently in a relationship right now. My boyfriend and I we both own cellphones. Personally, I don't want to read any messages from my boy's phone unless otherwise he told me so. I trust him so eventhough he hides his phone I don't care about it. It is not secrecy but it's more of privacy.
