do You go back and check your unsrsolved discussions?

I do a bunch when the last response was 3 or 4 weeks ago. I get responses to closed discussions too. Those are the ones where Best Response is picked. Not everyone thinks they are closed though, sorry to disagree when the best response is picked there can't be any better. Anyway, rating is important too, so thank you if you did any of mine. I need my 10 back. I rate each discussions I respond to a plus so it works out nice if I get a plus too. So good work and thanks for letting us know.

It is only fitting and proper that we should. We owe that to everyone who has kindly spent their time and effort in participating in our discussions.

I do go back and check my unresolved discussions and mark up a best answer. I think that it is nice to do that as it helps other people. I like it when I get a best response so I assume other people are the same, so it is nice to return the favour.

I will wait for my unresolved discussions to reach 3 weeks to a month or if it has stayed dormant for a period of days. But I still prefer to let it stay longer to give others the chance to respond. I understand some members are a little dismayed when they see that some discussions has marked best response within the hours. :0

I read all responses to my discussions. i rate and pick the best answers. I feel like you do that people deserve that for taking time and effort to respond to my topics, at least. I will comment some of the responses - but unfortunately it would be impossible to answer all. I do like to make personal and well thought through comments - I will not just say "thanks" to everyone.

I do that at night when everyone is asleep so i dont get interupted. But yes i think we all deserve credit so i try my best to do that!

Yes, I go back and do a handful at a time. Usually once a week I try to find 5 discussions I started that are still unresolved and I'll pick a best response. I haven't been starting as many discussions lately though, but I do have quite a few with no responses.

Yes, but I didn't start doing it or knowing about until I had been here for a few months so I have like 10 or 12 pages full of unresolved discussions so for the past month I have been going and spending at an hour or two going through them. You can also rate other people's discussions (it helps their star rating *I think*) so it is always nice to do that also, which takes time and then you should always comment on your discussions when people respond, so that is more time, somedays I hardly post new discussions or respond to any when I am trying to take care of my own discussions. I usually wait for about a week before I give a best response. Some of my friends may be on holidays or could be having problems with their pc so I like to give them a fair chance when choosing a best response. I sometimes think that if members see a best response aleady marked, then they won't bother responding to a discussion. That is just my personal opinion.

When I started joining mylot, I was not aware that your unresolved discussions are the one that you haven't chosen a best response, so I never check on that. All I know was to post discussions or answer them. Then as I began navigating around, I realized my mistake...so more or less, I will try to resolved it after a day or two after posting. Some only got 1 or less than 5 comments, so those are easy to do.

Yes, I just did that before I started another discussion. I usually don't mark a best answer until a week after I start the discussion though.

I do this but am still trying to get through some that I started months ago as I never expected to recieve so many responses . I do agree with you though that the fact that someone was kind enough to answer to you is reason enough to find some time to answer back , pick a best response and rate them with a positive for taking the intersts in what we wrote . I have been trying much harder to get through these the last week and only have a couple more unresolved discussions to get through and would like to get them done before the end of next week :)

Oh yes I wnt and cleaned up you could say the other day. Now I just have a few discussions left. A couple of them I just started though

yes, I'm constantly going back to check the discussions I have started as well as the ones I have responded to. I mark the responses, and eventually - for those which I have started - mark a best response.

I always check all discusion that I made. But I never reply them all. On ly reply few. I have slow connection so imposible for me to reply them all. At leasst I gave them 2 + rate. From me and my sister ^^

I go through at least once a month and try to give out at least some best responses. I always have a lot that are left though.

yes , but sometiems just not possible to respond to all discussions. I have many without responses.

I used to check everyday but when I realized that no one replies to most of my posts then I started checking once a week... I just checked my own a minute ago
