Didn't see anything on this yet at Mylot, so I thought I'd post it.

Apparently the british sailors were doing a routine inspection in Iraqi waters when 2 Iranian ships rolled up and just captured them.
And The Iranian President just cancelled his visit to the UN Security Council meeting this weekend....
This is a developing story....
Anyone think Iran isn't dangerous yet? Does this, added to their support of terrorists in Iraq, funding and training Hizbollah terrorists in Palestine, and development of nuclear weapons, leave any doubt?

Capturing members of another nation's armed forces on the high seas is an act of war. I would without hesitation if I was high enough in the chain of command, sink the entire Iranian navy and destroy all their military ports and shipyards.
This sounds harsh, but when one understands the proper use of lethal force and what despots respect, you know it will save lives in the long run.

Apparently this isn't the first act of hostility! Why aren't we hearing about this stuff?
Here are more stories on Iranian forces being hostile and operating in Iraqi territory.

Iran is a danger to us there's no doubt about that.
Our government has threatend to take it to the next phase if diplomatic efforts don't secure their release.
Apparently the next phase would be releasing details such as the co-ordinates of where the Mariners were captured.
What kind of threat is that!?

If you look at this there are things that have to be look into. As Military personal taken by other Military personal are they being treated according to the Geneva Convention? Do they have Bibles Provided? Are they being fed a proper British Diet with Tea Time includend? Are they being questioned in a nice manner?
Iran has a history of violating the most basic international law. Remember the US Embasy take over. Interfering with the internal politisc of a sovergin country - Leabon and Palinstein.

I am going out on limb here but ever since the Shah of Persia was out and Iatola Komani was in I have been waiting on that country getting strong enough for war.
