I can't go to sleep with the light on either. I try to cover my head up with the covers but my eyes know that there is still light outside of them. We used to work the night shift and we had to sleep during the daytime hours. Itis very hard because our bedroom faces where the sun comes up. The sun comes straight through our window at that time. We had to end up buying new blinds for the windows that were darker so it would help shade the sunlight and keep it out of our eyes so we could go to sleep.

Yes i can but when i wake up in the middleof the night my eyes start burning because of the light,it's like if its the first time i see light.
That's why i leave the lights turned off.

I can't sleep while the light is on. It irritates my eyes and I keep moving covering my face. Maybe it's the light that is striking my eyes.
