What is your favorite cheese?

I love all types of cheese and I put it on just about anything it tastes good with. If I had to choose a few favorites I'd say provolone, parmisan and cream cheese.I lean twards white cheeses most if I have to choose.

I am a true fan of the food. It is my favorite food right after ice cream. Thus, I love all cheese. If I had to pick, I would choose as my favorite Moz or Cheddar or something more tart than Cheddar such as Roq. Any kind of cheese is fine with me except the off brand or store brand dollar cheese, that stuff is cheap and has no flavor.

I love mozarella... cause of it's meaty texture... I like it with my scrambled eggs... I also enjoy it fried (appetizer) once in a while.. It's really yummy.. haha though I am not a bog fan of cheddar.. ahaha..

I love cheese too. They taste great as cheese fondue where I can dip bite sized pieces of meat, seafood into the liquid cheese. Also, it's nice when poured into a beef burger. Those ground beef patties tend to taste extra special with the melted cheese. Cheese is also nice when it's sliced and placed on bread. I like to put camembert and rouquefort on my bread. Fried camembert is nice too. Put some breadcrumbs and then deep fry the pieces. The pieces are crispy on the outside yet warm and creamy on the inside. Delicious! My favourite cheeses are camembert and rouquefort.

I'll really eat almost any cheese......I love cheddars and Italian cheeses quite a bit!

i would have to say mozzarella or provolone is my favorite cheese. my sis makes a real good cheesecake so cream cheese is good for dessert. doritos with melted mozzaRELLA= heaven.
