Of those three choices, I've really only watched Doctor Who. So it's definitely my favorite. I've caught maybe one or two episodes of Eureka, and probably have seen some of the old Battlestar Galactica, but none of the new series.

I personally don't care for BG because it's just so humorless and dramatic - strikes me as trying too hard. I love Dr. Who (and I'm sure I'll like it even after Tennant leaves this season) and Eureka has been in a bit of a slump lately, but I still think Eureka rocks.

I only watched a couple of episodes of Eureka and I miss Ecclesion (can't remember his name) on Dr. Who. So, I would say I prefer Battlestar Galactica. Everytime I watch the miniseries I get goosebumps!

Dr Who is good but Battlestar Gallactica is spectacular.

I have to say Battlestar Galatica only because the cheeseometer does not go as high as with the others.

Oh, this one is just not fair, MD. Eureka is so completely different from Battlestar Galactica. Eureka is a fun, no-brainer escape - just light entertainment. Battlestar is much heavier, makes you think, keeps you guessing - more drama, more complicated and convoluted characters and plot. I can't choose!! Haven't watched Dr. Who - I spend too much time in front of the TV as it is!
