How many cigarettes you smoke in a day?

My self will 3 to 4 daily and i'm maintaining same since from past 10 years. How great iam. Right

It really depends. For years and years, I managed to keep it down to about 1/2 a pack/day. But I got up to about a pack a day last summer and it's been pretty steady ever since. Since I moved into The Boonies where there's absolutely *nothing* to do, I've stayed about a pack/day for the most part, but I'm starting to open one more before bed and get into it (usually 3-4) and some nights, I've gone through as much as 2 packs and even opened a third!

I'm smoking a pack right now, trying to lessen my nicotine need though.
