Do you have the habit Having Breakfast?

When I was in collage,I usually didn`t eat breakfast.I like sleep,so every morning I got up too late for me to have breakfast.It lasted for 4 years,and my heathy is bad now.So I am do my best to change the condition .First of all,I get up early every morning,and get ready for my breakfast myself.Do something yourself is good for you,I think.Then ,my healthy is well day by day.From then on,I usually suggest my friend to make a good habit to eat breakfast every morning,nomatter what it happened,we should eat a little for our breakfast,which is really the most impportant meal in one day.We must consider it the most important thing of your daylife.Nomatter you are busy doing anything.

I always try to eat breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day ... it will reharge you batteries after a long night of fasting ... it will also preven from craving bad food because you are not on an empty stomach
Studies say that people who eat breakfast regularly are less fat than those who don't ...
Keep on the god habit ... eating breakfast is very important!

Although I ride my kids about eating breakfast before school I dont do it myself anymore either. I use to all through school and high school but when I moved out on my own it was like I stopped being hungry in the morning. Ill always remember mom chasing me down saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

well, i have to,lol!my hubby would go to the office at 8 am so i have to prepare breakfast,then my kids would wake up also,they would request for some formula milk.we would make pancakes or omelette.i don't mind at all, i love doing it for them!

If you don't have much time then just eat a piece or two of fruit....even eat an apple while walking out the door :)

I never eat breakfast. Ever. I wish I did though, I just almost feel to Lazy. I hear its really good to eat breakfast if you want to loose weight because it helps with your motabolism.

I have low blood sugar so I have to make sure I have breakfast or else I will be keeling over on the walk to school. I do enjoy breakfast if I have time to eat it slowly. Most of the time I just eat a quick bowl of cereal while I'm doing my daughters lunhc, but at the weekend I really love a long leisurely breakfast.

I work nites so hard for me to eat a good breakfast and have never been a good breakfast person. Do eat a bowl of cereal on the weekends when I get up. I know important meal but never at home to get a good one during the week. Maybe some day life will be working days and sleeping nites would be great.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day my mum is always tell us that and now she reminds my kids to they are picky eaters.
I would love to have a cooked breakfast once a week or once a month.
But I usllay have cerial and fruit and my cup of tea I must have and may be toast with jam.
when time is short toast is good for you because it gives energy slowly to you and bananas give you a quick boost ahhh why not have sliced bananas on toast with honey i gonna give that a go soon

I also think that breakfast is the most important meal, so, I really try to eat every morning. Usually I eat a lot in the mornings to get a large amount of energy for the day.
I just wonder how you know that your bad health condition is connected with breakfasts.

Now I'm in collge,a grade one student,almost everyday I have breakfast,becase it gives me energy in the morning ,or I'll be hungry and absent-minded.
But in weekend,I always stay in bed until 11:00 am,then I can't have it ,I know it isn't a good habit,but in weekend,I always stay up to midnight or even later.
How lazy I was!
By the way ,my English isn't good,I hope you can understand me.

It is correct that breakfast is the most important meal. Because it is where we will get our energy in the first thing that we will do. And also skipping breakfast might lead you to ulcer. And it is really good if we should take care of our health.

I'm absolutely starving the second I wake up, so I don't really have a choice! I usually wake up too late before class to run to the cafeteria, but I have granola bars and the like in my dorm room. If I don't have anything and can't eat breakfast, I'm more often than not pretty grumpy until I get to eat.

Taking a breakfast too early in the morning is just not my habit, though. I have tried it before. I ate cereals before I go to college and when I sat in the lecture class my stomach started to grumble. It was such an embarrassing moment because the lecture class was quiet and everybody could hear the rumbling sound. Luckily they didn't know whose stomach was that, if not I think I would have jumped out the window. Lol.
But actually eating breakfast early in the morning is a good habit. If you have familiarized yourself with eating breakfast early in the morning then you should continue this good habit. I never deny that it is very good for your stomach and eating early breakfast can provide a lot of positive energy for you to move around in the college.

I dont eat Breakfast at all but you are so right when you say its the most importnat. I find it diffcult for this is something I never done not even as a child. This is a very Importnat thing that I am going to work on and try hard doing! Thanks for the topic

I am currently a student in my second year of post-secondary. My first year I almost never ate breakfast, but this year I decided to give it a try. Now I get up really early every morning (requires going to bed eearlier) and have a decent breakfast. I definitely feel healthier, stronger, and more awake/alert. Something I have discovered to be very healthy is to eat a large breakfast, normal/average size lunch, and a small supper. That way your body can properly burn the calories from breakfast and lunch throughout the day, and you aren't packing yourself full of calories before going to bed at night. It keeps your system in a far healthier state. Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.

I like sleeping too but w\even if I always get up late in the morning,
I still always have time to eat breakfast. It doesn't take too much
of our time. It can take just 15 minutes and we'll feel much better
than not having toe at anything the whole morning.

Having breakfast is a part of my daily routines and I used o have them every day. I used to have my breakfast if I ma too busy with my works. Breakfast is the energy supplier for the whole day. If I do not have it I do not have any energy to do my works and I feel well tired without having them.
