Do you think it is all BCCI's fault?

Is it because BCCI is just trying to make money and not really trying to do something for cricket standards improvement in Domestic and international level?
We know it is the richest cricket Board in the world but does that help it for giving a good 15 player team?
I think corruption has been the major problem. What do you think?

Yes ,even I also feel the same way.
Only monet is driving BCCI.
It is growing its treasure but not spending anything on infrastructure.
