Hallo! I have really serious problems with any routine I find myself into. I would actually say that I'm really exagerated in this sense, since I have to recognise that my life is actually pretty varyed. I've really tryied my best to break routine situations, what usually works for me is : phisical activity, a lot of walking and time spent in the open air (when it's possible), authonomous readings and studying. It might sound too similar to job, but the quality of studies made to satisfy strictly personal interests have a different quality. creative activities ( they are very involving, and cathartic) ; to take the chance to attend a party from time to time (they are usually regenerating), when possible, change the timing in your day (when you go to sleep, when you eat..) If you realize there are things that you do everyday in a certain order, just change that order and take your activities from another side. Obviously friends and a boyfriend (if you have it) should be among the nicests resources to vary your time. One last thing: I personally get a lot of energy out of music and visuals

I'm basically doing the same things everyday. But I can't say that its too boring for me. I don't even have the time to think what "boring" means. You only need to ask yourself if you're still happy with your present job. Staying in a job for a cetain period of time can burned us out at times. Maybe what you need is a change of scenery. Something new and exciting to inspire you again.

I was tired of my everyday routine that's why I resigned from my work. I had an 8-5 job but I experienced burn-out and felt that I needed to get out. I don't have the regular pay I used to have when I was working in that office but I feel happier now. It's like being free. If you're tired of your routine then you need change, maybe a change of work will help you feel better.
