I had the most beautiful scene in my backyard!

wow, that is absolutely beautiful. I love sunsets but I haven't seen one as lovely as that one by me for a long time. I do try to photograph great sunsets by me but this is the best one I have come up with.

How I envy you! When I open my backdoor, it's someone else's backdoor i"m staring at.....! The only scene I have so far is my garden where I have allowed a lot of grass and herbs to grow. These plants attract butterflies, moths, birds and so on..... which I managed to capture their pictures.

When I lived in the South West, arid and desert like region, I found myself longing for the lushness of the northeast. I missed Green. but, you know, whenever I got a bit gloom all I had to do was look up. The sky was incredible! for whatever the land lacked in beauty the sky more than made up for. It was extraordinary. The clouds formations, colors etc, the birghtness of the blue which seemed to go on forever. Even the storms were spectacular. Next to teh sky, the people were also beautiful, between the two it did not matter so much that the land was barren.
