Anyone do Bikram Yoga?

I tried out Bikram Yoga a few weeks ago. It was cheaper to get the "starter" package, which was 3 classes for one week. Not bad. I didn't know what to expect, so I kept an open mind.
When I got there, everything was hot hot HOT! Not sexy hot, but real sweating-like-a-pig kind of hot! :) I thought I was going to DIE! I felt like throwing up, and I thought I was going to faint.
It was a good work out definitely, and I could sense that my body was responding...but what else will I get out of Bikram Yoga that I can't from Hatha Yoga?

bikram yoga is certainly something you want to do a few times a week at least. benefits from other "dry" yoga is that your muscles and joints open up a lot more and faster. you are kind of melting yourself. I love it.
