Bikram Yoga - Why not try it?

Have you ever done yoga? How about Bikram Yoga? Its a a form of yoga done in a room at 105F. 26 postures, 90 minutes, and a euphoric state is what you get.

I tried out Bikram Yoga a few weeks ago. It was cheaper to get the "starter" package, which was 3 classes for one week. Not bad. I didn't know what to expect, so I kept an open mind. When I got there, everything was hot hot...

newgreenyou bikram yoga is certainly something you want to do a few times a week at least. benefits from other "dry" yoga is that your muscles and joints open up a lot more and faster. you are kind of melting yourself. I love it.

newgreenyou Nah thats not cheating. I hold on to all my papers so I can let my kids submit them as their own in the future. haha!
