Known to be of introspective character, the quite one of the fab four, Harison has lived a life a lot of us can model from. As an accomplished musician that can not be denied by anyone, Harison leaped further into the spiritual facet of celebrity life by transcending to meaningful activities of the spirit and body. So much to say about Mr. Harison. What do you have to say? As a true Beatles fan, there is more to George than what meets the lazy eye... Don't make me wrong ^_^

i'm just wondering what eric clapton could've been if george wasn't around. eric clapton could've been a different guitarist if he didn't meet harrison. george is simply one of the worlds musical geniuses, and i think everyone would agree on that. c",)

In his own respect, Clapton made his mark in music and cause. Though it can not be denied that Harison made some lasting impressions upon him.

I just listened to the Concert for Bangla Desh again. We all talk about Live Aid but we forget who started organizing this kind of events.

As in almost every walk of real world, people tend to forget goodness done below the most mundane offenses.
George was a great loss for the quest for artist/musician conciousness.

Have you read George Harrison's book, "I Me Mine"? It has some of his dry humor in it, along with pictures of some handwritten lyrics. One of the best parts is a caption under one of the pictures of him. I heard there is a new edition, which includes a foreword by his widow and a more attractive cover. My favorite George Harrison album is 33 1/3. It has songs to fit every mood.

Ahh well informed post ^_^ I know not much about published readables from the Harison authorship. Thanks for our further enlightenment. ^_^ I shall be looking at your other threads. ^_^
