i haven't time to exercise,but i think if we often go to work by our legs,it can make us healthy.

hi wm69love88, i read that it is better to do physical exercise BEFORE meal times. The reason behind this is, after about 30 minutes of exercise, your metabolic rate gets higher. This is the best time to consume food for the body because it is when your body the fats/energy. However, you shouldn't be doing physical exercise on empty stomach either. So the way to do it is, eat light (eg, a banana). Hope this helps. Cheers! - Lyn

I think morning is the best time for exercise. I also like walking. Cycling is one of the best thing I love. Cycling can be done anytime. Doing exercise after taking meal or near meal is like pouring cold water in a hot plate that is kept in fire. Taking exercise after eating meal or near meal time helps to injure the body and helps to decrease the digestion. Best time is morning because after doing exercise in the morning and then cosuming food helps to keep a person healthy throughout the day.

"what kind of exercises do you like to do?"-- The best exercise for me is swimming but I can only do it once a week or during weekends. In weekdays I do squats while holding my 4lb dumbells and some sit-ups.
"what is the best time of the day to take physical exercise?"-- Ideally the best time to exercise will be in the morning before doing anything else but since I sleep late and wake up late, I usually exercise around 4-5pm while my son is taking his afternoon nap.
"Why can't physical exercise be taken too near meal times?"
-- The reason for this is beecause your stomach might get cramps if you exercise after a meal and believe me you wouldn't want to experience how painful this is.

Morning is better.I find that you and me have such in common.After supper i often have a walk with my mother or my little dog.
Walking and running is my favourate exercises.
I think morning and evening is the best time of the day to take physical exercise,but you should choose the kind of exercise.Running is better in the mornig,walking is better after your supper.
If you take drastic exercise near meal time,you will be stomach-ache cause the food you eat have not digest.

i usually do my walking in the morning, when i go to the office. or at nighttime, preferably before i have my dinner, because this increases my metabolism and helps me digest food more easily.

I love to excersize any time of the day, I have no preference really, each day has its own challenges, so I fit everything in as of when possible within anyone day. I love to go out walking as much as possible, even though I am on crutches, I love a good walk, especially with the camera in hand as you never know what you might come across. Besides the walking I also love to swim as much as possible

I do it early morning from 5am to 6am. Walking and running are the same as long as your metabolic rate increases. 30 to 40 minutes our body will consume the stored energy from the food we eat and after 40 minutes our metabolic process will shift to consume our reserved energy which is fats. Exercise 1-hour or more and don't forget to drink a little water every 20 minutes to kept you hydrated.
