I think wealthy look down on those who don't have as much money as they do. I've lost friendships after high school because one friend started basing friendship on who can fit her wealthy lifestyle.

That's really sad. I've got quite a few rich friends, they dont really care I dont have like 100 pound just to go to town.
If they dont like you because of how much money you've got, their not worth being friends with, trying to be friends with or even knowing. It's what inside which really matters.

If you had a lot of money, you wouldn't like a lot of random poor people to try and get money off you. It's annoying for them, I've researched this for a old school project before.

well i don't think so ..because i belong to a middle class and i 've got 4-5 rich friends..i don't think that they hate me..

They've got no reason to based on your money. Otherwise they're not worth it.

I wonder if they think they are better sometimes. Rioch people might think they made better decisions and that is why they are rich. It seems to me lately that the really rich are just getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. HMmmmm

I don't know that many rich people, but I don't think that rich people hate poor people. Hate is a strong word. Why do yoou think rich people 'hate' poor people? Have you had some 'bad' experiences with rich people? Some rich people are very pleasant people.

Some of them hate the lazy poor beggars. But some of the poors hate the greedy arrogant richmen. I really love this quote:
"You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR and hate your enemy.' "But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you"

Richer people dont have a reason to hate anyone because of their money status, if they do that, they're not worth living and should honestly, burn in hell.
If they're poor, it may or may not of been their fault but either way, they're at were they are now and theres nothing they do to change the way they got there, they can try and build theirselves back up.
